Shipping policy
1. Where do we arrange shipment from?
We are now able to ship from the FBA warehouse in the United States and the Shenzhen warehouse (generally we will use the Shenzhen warehouse to ship). If the warehouse is out of stock, we will send you an email to inform you of the approximate number of days you need to wait.
2. How much does the shipping cost?
If your order amount reaches US$50, then you will enjoy our free shipping service; if your order amount is less than US$50, then we will charge US$9.9 for shipping.
3. How long does shipping take approximately?
If it is shipped from the FBA warehouse in the United States, then referring to the FBA shipping time, it may take 2-7 days; if it is shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse, the shipping time is about 7-15 days. (If there is a holiday or natural disaster, the transportation time may be extended!)
4. What logistics company will my package be delivered through?
4PX/Yun Express/Singapore Post/USPS/DHL and Other Standard Shipping are our shipping methods.
5. If I order multiple items, will they ship at the same time?
We do our best to ensure that all of your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping methods may be used and product stock may not be available and need to be shipped from another warehouse depending on the product.
6. Can I change the delivery address of the package after it is shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipments once the product is on the road. So please make sure your shipping address is correct!
