Undamaged merchandise may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date the merchandise arrives at the designated shipping address. The refund process will begin once the returned item returns to our warehouse for inspection.
2. Do I need to pay a return fee?
As with any order, if you choose to refuse to sign for your package/order, no fees will be charged. After signing for the product, if you request to return it for any reason (except for product repair and damage to the product received!), you need to pay the return shipping fee!
3. Refund:
We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be made to your original payment account upon your request.
The returned goods must be goods sold by our store. If it is not sold by our store or is counterfeit, no returns or refunds will be given!
4. How to return goods?

5. Return requirements:
Items must include original packaging (we ship all products in packaging);
For quality-related return claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
For non-quality related return claims, EasySMX refunds the cost of the product itself;
If an item does not meet the above requirements, returns and refunds may be refused.
